A fresh start with deep roots.
Bex Property Care was founded to bring reliability, transparency and care to the spaces people share. Bex is a newer name, while its leadership brings hands-on experience from earlier janitorial and building-maintenance work in the Greater Toronto Area.
That experience shapes how we approach each property: understand the building, agree on the work, communicate clearly and review what needs to change as the building changes.

Building care starts with a clear plan.
Before launching Bex, our leadership worked in cleaning and building maintenance across the GTA. We learned how much property managers value consistency, communication and attention to the details residents and visitors notice every day.
Today, Bex focuses on services for condo and commercial properties, including common-area cleaning, janitorial work and post-construction cleaning. We discuss the spaces, tasks and schedule with each client, then use feedback to review the plan.
